Exeception is raised, when Clipboard access is manually denied on CutCommand


I´ve just tried UIAnnotations and stubled upon an error.
When you open the Silverlight Demo, select the text in the Name textbox and execute the CutCommand (scissors) and then deny the Clipboard access,
and execption is raised. See details below.

Issue fixed in Thinktecture.UIAnnotations.SL V0.1.1.
